Return and Exchange Policy

By placing an order through our online store, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following Return and Exchange Policy.

Final Sale – No Refunds

All purchases made through our online store are final sale.

We do not offer refunds, returns, chargebacks, or cancellations under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, incorrect selection, or change of mind.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be permitted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The exchange request is submitted within five (5) calendar days from the date the order is marked as delivered.
  2. The item is unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  3. The customer provides valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  4. The item is returned to us at the customer’s expense, using a trackable shipping method.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the replacement item is of higher value, the customer is responsible for paying the price difference.

If the replacement item is of lower value, no refund or store credit will be issued for the price difference.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are strictly non-exchangeable:

  • Custom-made or special-order jewelry
  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

Shipping and Risk

The customer assumes all responsibility and risk for items returned for exchange until they are received and inspected by us. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

Inspection and Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. We reserve the sole and absolute discretion to approve or deny an exchange if the returned item does not comply with this policy.

General Provisions

This policy applies exclusively to online purchases, unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
